What we collect
- Your Google account email, name, and profile picture (for sign-in)
- Project information you create (client names, emails, project names)
- Files uploaded by your clients through onboarding links
- Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
How we use it
- To provide and improve the OnboardKit service
- To send transactional emails (project notifications, billing receipts)
- We do not sell your data to third parties
Data storage
Data is stored on Neon (PostgreSQL) and Cloudflare R2. Both are located in the United States.
Your rights
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us. We will process requests within 30 days.

We use session cookies for authentication only. No third-party tracking cookies.
